What is Calisthenics?

Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian sport that encourages physical development, co-ordination, team work and self discipline. Calisthenics incorporates a variety of routines that draw influence from artistic forms such as dance, ballet, march, gymnastics and apparatus. Participants can learn and both team and solo routines that are performed in front of an audience and an adjudicator.
